If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
 
  • Non-Defective Mechandise: 15% Re-Stock Fee in Most Cases, exceptions are iTouchless (25% restock fee); PureWater 2GO (20% restock fee); Napier (25% restock fee); First Aid Only (20% restock fee); Open Air Cinema (20% restock fee)
  • Defective Mechandise: If your item/items are defective you will have contact manufacture, as this is warranty issue. If a refurbish items is defective then contact us to start a return. You will receive a full refund.
  • Damage Mechandise: If your item/items are damaged during shipping then you'll have to report this to the shipping company.
 
Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE once your order has been shipped.

Repack items carefully in the original packing materials with the original invoice and prepay shipping. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. If you paid with a credit card, product charges will be credited to your credit card account. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a refund check.

If we ship the wrong item we will exchange it at no cost to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will not be charged the for shipping of the exchanged product.
